Contribution Highlights:
- The Bernard Osher Foundation granted over $1 million to endow the Osher
Lifelong Learning Institute and provide support for the Osher Reentry Scholars
Program in the College of Extended Learning.
- In honor of her late husband, Bettye Poetz Ferguson gave a $1.5 million
to help build and equip the A. Barlow Ferguson Concert Hall in the Mashouf
Creative Arts Center.
- The Ford Foundation granted $1.5 million for support of the National
Sexuality Resource Center to gather and disseminate information and research
on sexual health, education and rights.
