Contribution Highlights:
- The Surdna Foundation awarded a two-year $274,000 grant to replicate
the university’s unique leadership approach to service learning with other
universities.
- Using the Katrina Emergency tax legislation, the university was able to
increase a donor’s scholarship endowment gift from $50,000 to $250,000.
- The university received a $157,000 gift annuity that provides scholarships
for veterans, in support of a CSU systemwide priority to help veterans attend college.
- The capital campaign for the Tanimura and Antle Family Memorial
Library officially kicked off in October, receiving over $100,000.
