Contribution Highlights:
- The launch of the Comprehensive Campaign for Fresno State initiated
the largest fundraising effort in the university’s 100-year history. Gifts for
the first year of the campaign totaled $28.3 million.
- The estate of Dr. John M. and Cora G. Harvey bestowed $1.5 million
to establish a scholarship fund for students studying within the College
of Agricultural Sciences and Technology. The college also received a
10-year commitment from Bronco Wine Company to establish a chair of viticulture.
- The university endowment fund reached a significant milestone, exceeding
$100 million in market value.
