Corporations

Recognizing the importance of a job-ready workforce, corporations continue to be generous with both financial contributions and in-kind support. Corporations donated $55 million, including seven gifts of $1 million or more. Company products accounted for $8.5 million of the total.

Corporations also support educational priorities by matching contributions from their employees. These matching gifts enhanced the value of individual contributions by more than $1.2 million.

Foundations

Private foundations, including family foundations, contributed $51 million. Six universities received foundation gifts of $1 million or more including East Bay, Northridge, San Diego, San Francisco, San José and Sonoma.
