Priority Proposal for Out-of-Area AA-T/AS-T CCC Transfer Students Seeking Admission to a Non-Impacted Similar Program Offered by a CSU Campus Under “Campus Impaction”
- AA-T/AS-T students who meet the supplemental GPA admission criteria established by the campus will be given priority over other eligible applicants who meet the same GPA admission criteria. Further,
In recognition of the academic preparation of AA-T/AS-T students, applicants will be given an extra .20 points in the GPA ranking for admission determination. For example, if the regular admission threshold is 3.5, AA-T/AS-T applicants with a GPA of 3.30 would be offered admission.
- If it is subsequently determined that the requirements for an AA-T or AS-T were not met, the admission may be rescinded and the matriculation and enrollment cancelled.
Priority Proposal for Students with AA-T or AS-T Degrees Seeking Admission to Impacted Programs
- AA-T/AS-T students who meet the supplemental GPA admission criteria established by the campus will be given priority over other eligible applicants who meet the same GPA admission criteria. Further,
Applicants with AA-T or AS-T degrees who apply for a similar program that is impacted at a CSU campus will be given an extra .1 points in the GPA ranking for admission determination as long as the program admits 20 students or more during any particular admission cycle.
- If it is subsequently determined that the requirements for an AA-T or AS-T were not met, the admission may be rescinded and the matriculation and enrollment cancelled.
