| 1 | Schedule a meeting with the ITRP Training Manager to discuss the training needs for your staff, what courses are available and how to get started. |
| 2 | Work with each staff member to determine the courses that best fit their needs. |
| 3 | Approve staff member's Individual Learning Plan (ILP). |
| 4 | Schedule an appointment with the ITRP Training Manager to finalize the ILP's and discus the next steps. |
| 5 | Assist staff members in scheduling training using campus Cisco Learning Credits. |

| 1 | Complete the online Participant's Survey and return it to the ITRP Training Manager. |
| 2 | Return the Participant's Survey to the ITRP Training Manager. |
| 3 | Select classes from Cisco Learning Partners based on your Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and obtain approval from your manager. |
| 4 | Attend classes as scheduled and if cancellations are necessary, please cancel within the allotted time to avoid additional costs and send an email to the ITRP Training Manager. |
| 5 | Complete the online Class Completion Evaluation Form for all Chancellors' Office sponsored training. |
