4050  MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL

Gradually, in the reorganization of manpower to meet new demands 
resulting from the growth of the CSU, Directors of Public Safety have 
upgraded some existing manpower to positions of leadership or supervision.  
Most campuses have allowed for a Lieutenant and the minimum number of 
Sergeants necessary to ensure the needed management and supervisory 
personnel are available for expertise and guidance.
