4041.01  DEVELOPMENT OF CAMPUS PUBLIC SAFETY PROGRAMS

It is incumbent on each Director of Public Safety to establish programs that 
will raise the level of awareness of the entire campus community in 
accordance with the Public Safety concept.  Each Director of Public Safety 
should be aware of campus problems, issues, and hazards, so that community 
training efforts can address potential difficulties.  Each Director should, in 
developing crime-prevention programs, make every effort to reach all 
segments of the campus.
