3825.02  RECONCILIATION OF STATE UNIVERSITY FEES TO CENSUS 
DATE REPORT

Reference:  Memorandum BP 88-43.

A reconciliation of state university fees to census date report relative to the 
number of students accounted on the census date shall be prepared for each 
academic term.  The reconciliation shall be maintained on file by each 
campus.

The format shown in SUAM Appendix BA 3964-FM is recommended for this 
reconciliation.
