3726.14.05  DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT

All property purchased by a contractor with funds obtained pursuant to an 
agreement between the university and the contractor shall be the property of 
the State.

Equipment purchased directly by Associated Student Body funds for use in 
IRA programs will remain the property of the AS, unless other arrangements 
have been made between the students and the institution.
