3726.14.04  ASSOCIATED STUDENTS CONTRIBUTIONS

Contributions from Associated Student organizations deposited in trust for 
IRA, estimated event or activity revenues, and IRA Fees will be combined for 
establishing budget levels for expenditures and income.  At year end, 
unexpended balances will be retained in trust.  When the total annual 
expenditures for IRA are less than the student body contribution in total, the 
unexpended balances may be prorated with the Associated Student Body, 
using the total IRA revenue as the basis for calculating the pro rata.
