3726.14.01  SOURCES AND DISPOSITION OF IRA FUNDS

The sources of funds available for Instructionally Related Activities are listed 
and defined below.  These classifications are the minimal level at which 
source information must be maintained for the purpose of Instructionally 
Related Activities reporting.

 1.	Prior-year Unexpended Balances

	The balance of unexpended and/or uncommitted funds available as of 
	the end of the previous fiscal year (except for the amount of General 
	Fund support monies, which will revert to the State of California 
	General Fund at the end of each fiscal year).

 2.	Interest Income

	Amounts earned from the investment of IRA fees.  Interest income 
	shall be deposited to the State University Trust Fund---Instructionally 
	Related Activities.

 3.	IRA Fee Revenue

	Amounts of monies collected or due from IRA fees.  These monies 
	must be deposited in the State University Trust Fund---Instructionally 
	Related Activities.

 4.	Athletic Events Revenue

	Amounts of monies collected for athletic events from gate receipts, 
	concessions, advertising, etc. may be deposited in the State University 
	Trust Fund---Instructionally Related Activities.

 5.	Fine Arts Events Revenue

	Amounts of monies collected from ticket sales, advertising, 
	concessions, etc. may be deposited in the State University Trust Fund---
	Instructionally Related Activities.

 6.	Publications Revenue

	Amounts collected for subscriptions, advertising, sales, etc. may be 
	deposited in the State University Trust Fund---Instructionally Related 
	Activities.

 7.	Associated Students Contributions

	Monies contributed by the Associated Students Association during the 
	fiscal year may be deposited

	in the State University Trust Fund---Instructionally Related Activities.

 8.	Other Contributions and Gifts

	Any other contributions and/or gifts, except contributions from the 
	Associated Students, may be deposited in the State University Trust 
	Fund---Instructionally Related Activities.

 9.	General Fund Support Monies

	General Fund monies appropriated to support Instructionally Related 
	Activities may not be deposited in the State University Trust Fund.
