3120 SUBMISSION OF SPECIAL FUNDS BUDGET MATERIALS

The campus submission of the Special Funds budget materials should include 
the following:

	Copies		Description

		1	Transmittal Letter from the Business 
			Manager.

		1	Computer run for the PMP request.  Complete
			computer output of the submission, consisting
			of job accounting pages, listing of input cards,
			and PMP Schedule 2.

		2	Copies of each PCP short form, together with
			corresponding Schedule 2 pages and justifications.

Process questions pertaining to the Special Funds budget requests should be 
directed to Budget Planning and Administration, and questions regarding 
substantive decisions should be referred to either Auxiliary and Business 
Services or Extended Education.
