2810.07.02  AD HOC REPORTS

On an ad hoc basis, the Chancellor's Office will survey each institution 
periodically to obtain various information to be used in the compilation of 
systemwide statistical data.  Therefore, each institution must maintain its 
financial aid records in such a manner that fiscal and numeric count data is 
readily available.
