2810.05.01  ANNUAL OPERATING REPORT

An annual operating report is required by the Department of Health and 
Human Services reporting fiscal year activity and cumulative data for the 
Nursing Student Loan Program.  Fiscal data for the report is accumulated in 
the chart of accounts described in Book III - Fiscal Management of the DHHS 
Student Financial Aid Guidelines, the Accounting Section of this manual, 
and the IBS Code Book.  Institutions which are currently making Nursing 
Student Loans must also report certain demographic information which is 
normally supplied by the Financial Aid Office.  Detailed preparation 
instructions accompany the report.
