2808.02.02  CANCELLATION

Cancellation provisions include partial cancellation for each year of service as 
a registered nurse or for service in a designated shortage area and full 
cancellation for death or permanent and total disability.  Payment of principal 
and interest may be postponed for a period not to exceed twelve months in 
anticipation of cancellation for eligible nursing service.

Cancellation is based on what is due or should be due on the beginning date 
of the cancellation period.
