2805  ACCOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

Appendix BA 2991-ABS contains the accounting instructions for the Financial 
Aid program.  The instructions include a Chart of Accounts and individual 
account explanations.  Each account explanation is followed by the accounting 
entries, including contra accounts.  The account numbers are the current IBS 
codes.
