2804.02  STATE PROGRAMS

Allocation Orders are prepared by Budget Planning and Administration in 
accordance with the previously mentioned award letters for Educational 
Opportunity Program grants and State University Grants.  These orders 
establish an appropriation in the State Controller's records for the respective 
funds.  Funds then are requested by submitting a Claim Schedule along with a 
letter invoice (see Appendix BA 2992-ABS) to support the claim.
