2142  REVENUE BOND SALE

Auxiliary and Business Services will determine if a revenue bond sale is 
required to fund a proposed major capital outlay project.  All materials related 
to the sale of revenue bonds are prepared by Auxiliary and Business Services.  
Costs associated with the sale of revenue bonds are included in the total cost 
of the major capital outlay project.
