2128  INCOME TEST

Reference:	Section 3.06, Article 3, Board of Trustees Resolution (RBOT 4-68-
25) "Authorizing the Issuance of California State University Housing System 
Revenue Bonds."

The income test assessment for each campus is equal to 25% of the campus 
annual revenue bond debt service payment.  A portion of the income test is 
returned to the campus during the annual Maintenance and Repair process.  
Funds remaining in the income test reserve are transferred to systemwide 
reserves.
