2120  TRANSFER TO MAINTENANCE RESERVE

Campuses may set aside a portion of their annual operational budget to 
supplement their maintenance and repair allocation.  Funds transferred to 
this reserve are identified during the annual Program Maintenance Proposal 
as a Transfer to Maintenance Reserve.  This amount should be included in 
the PMP under the category "Transfer to Maintenance Reserve" under the 
Uses of Funds section of the tab run.  At the end of each fiscal year, Auxiliary 
and Business Services will make the transfer in accordance with the 
maintenance and repair process described in SUAM Section 2130.
