Please be informed that the Chancellor’s Office has completed complying your campus’ interagency transactions report which verifies interagency transactions between the CO and campus or campuses and campus. Your interagency transaction report as of December 31, 2012 to facilitate your monthly reconciliation is available at the following website:

As indicated on the FIRMS edit, interagency transfers, expenses and/or revenues should match your ledger every quarter. However, interagency balance sheet transactions are informational and are only warnings during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters. The edit will change to an error during the 4th quarter at which time a campus entry will be required for your campus’ June 30th FIRMS submission.
