Per a request from Syrus En, Financial Manager Finance and Treasury, claim schedule number COBN0415 was filed with the State Controller’s Office to clear the balance $73.47 in Dormitory Construction Fund (DCF) 0576048-6620. The warrant was forwarded to the campus contact Victor Brancart. Please refer to the attached worksheet for the accounting entries. In order for our firms AR/AP reporting to agree at month-end, the campus must post this entry to trust fund 0948-(CSU fund 491). If the state does not process the claim within the same month, then an accrual reversal entry must be made.
