Per a request from Rosa Renaud, Manager Finance and Treasury, a claim schedule was filed with the State Controller’s Office for $250,000 in the Dormitory Construction Fund (DCF 0576-696) account. Per Rosa’s instructions, the warrant was forwarded to the campus contact. Please refer to the attached worksheet for the accounting entries. In order for our firms AR/AP reporting to agree at month-end, the campus must post this entry to trust fund 0948 and the listed CSU fund on the attached worksheet sheet. The claim was processed on May 3, 2011 and therefore this entry should be posted as a May transaction.
