* An AD NOAT 07-121 was sent and processed by both the CO and Campus in June 2007 to adjust FBC for the decentralization of Sonoma’s Student Union in 2004. However the balance used at 5/31/07 when comparing SCO BBA to CO/Campus Cash, included a transfer of $200,000 in cash from Fund 578 which was to be repaid. In 2007-08 fiscal year the $200,000 was repaid to Fund 578, resulting in an overstatment of FBC
