Per a request from Nancy Freelander, Fiscal Manager CPDC, Transaction Request TR109051 was issued to recover costs from the following construction projects. CSU Sacramento Library Air Handler Replacement, project Number SA-657 and CSU Fresno Nursing Renovation, Project Number FR-252. The recovered costs include CPDC Administrative fees, Accounting Fees, Builders Risk Ins., Seismic Self Ins., State Fire Marshall, and Labor Compliance. The attached worksheet provides a breakdown of the costs for each project that shall be recorded by the campuses.
