Per a request from Nancy Freelander, Fiscal Manager CPDC, Transaction Request TR109050 was issued to recover costs from the CSU Bakersfield, 800 Ton Chiller Replacement, Project Number BA-803 and CSU San Luis Obispo, HVAC & Lighting Upgrades Ph-1, Project Number SL-835. The recovered costs include CPDC Administrative fees, Accounting Fees, Builders Risk Ins., Seismic Self Ins., State Fire Marshall, and Labor Compliance. The attached worksheet provides a breakdown of the costs that shall be recorded by the campus.
