Per a request from Rosa Renaud, Manager Finance and Treasury, claim schedule number COBN0327 was filed with the State Controller’s Office to clear the balance ($50,498.82) in Dormitory Construction Fund (DCF) 0576001-6620. Per Rosa’s instructions the warrant was forwarded to the campus to the attention of Mr. Mark Lopez, Director Budget Services. Please refer to the attached worksheet for the accounting entries.
