American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Education Stimulus Funding that the state has received was used to partially fund May payroll. In order to comply with A133 and GAAP reporting requirements additional object codes have been created and a new restricted fund will need to be created by each campus. This revised ADNOAT provides the updated accounting instructions to meet these requirements.

The State Controller’s Office has been notified to record the various systemwide charges or credits indicated for your respective campus on Plan of Financial Adjustment/Transfer Request listed above.  The attachment will give you the details of the charges or credits.
