You will find a report of Systemwide account control balances by campus for selected funds, as of December 31, 2008. In the event that your balance does not agree with the balance shown on this ADNOAT, please contact the assigned staff person in the Systemwide Financial Operations Department (SFO) to reconcile the variance.

Note that the FIRMS fund balance clearing validation table for period 200812 has been populated with the December 31, 2008 ending balances so that the balances may be compared electronically using the FIRMS validation process.
