Per a request from Nancy Freelander-Paice, Fiscal Manager CPDC, a Plan of Financial Adjustment (PFA) was prepared to recover the final premium for Builders Risk Insurance from CSU Pomona (6770) Science Building Renovation construction project (PO-717). The campus and the Chancellor’s Office need to record their respective journal entry as described in attachment A. The SCO project description and expenditure breakdown can be found on attachment B.
