The centrally paid direct costs initially charged on ADNOAT 08-096 for the Student Union program for fiscal year 2008/09 did not take the Debt Service Reserve and Closing of Construction Account Credits into consideration per Finance and Treasury memorandum FT 08-09. This ADNOAT is refunding these amounts to your respective Dormitory Revenue Fund (0580).
