The attached spreadsheet from the California State University Risk Management Authority (CSURMA) identifies the fourth quarter deductible recovery amounts for your campus for fiscal year 2007/2008. The actual invoiced including the back up support will be emailed later this month. There will be no CPO processed to collect the charges from your campus. This AD NOAT is being sent for informational purposes in order for you to book the necessary journal entry for your year-end legal close

The campus entry would be 231547, Due to CSU 547 – TF CSU Risk Mgmt and the CO entry would be 131485, Due from CSU 485. In order to pass the manual FIRMS edit you must book this accordingly. If you do not intend to record this transaction in CSU fund 485 please contact my office immediately to avoid last minute FIRMS error corrections.
