In accordance with the Revenue Management Program, new object codes have been set-up to identify due to/from and transfer in/out transactions within CSU Fund 0948. Prior to the final implementation of these new object codes, Cash Posting Orders (CPOs) have been issued with instructions to use the old transfer in/transfer out object codes, 506126/680126. Attached is a list of CPOs issued with accounting instructions using the old object codes.

Please be advised that for the above-mentioned CPO transactions, the object codes 506126/680126 should now be reclassified to 571000/671000 when the transactions are within the same CSU fund. The final implementation memo outlining the new codes can be found at:
