Per a request from CPDC a Plan of Financial Adjustment (PFA) was prepared to recover administrative fees to manage the third party labor compliance issue for the Engineering / Architecture renovation and replacement Phase II construction project at San Luis Obispo. The Chancellor’s Office and campus need to record their respective journal entries as described below:
