In accordance with Financing and Treasury memorandum FT 06-06 dated September 15, 2006, the centrally paid housing direct costs for fiscal year 2006/07 will be charged quarterly via Plan of Financial Adjustment (PFA).

The State Controller’s Office is processing the fourth quarter charges on PFA 069237. Campuses should record the journal entry listed on Attachment A and B.
