In accordance with Financing and Treasury memorandum FT 06-04 dated August 10, 2006, the centrally paid parking direct costs for fiscal year 2006/07 are being charged via Plan of Financial Adjustment (PFA).

The State Controller’s Office is processing the fourth quarter of charges on PFA 069238. The listed campuses should record the journal entry provided on Attachment.

Please note change: Fund #583 is not being charged parking program direct costs. Instead, those campuses will be charged through their trust fund #948.
