Doctoral Program with University of California Davis, Sonoma State University and California State University Sacramento. This check will be referenced as "Lottery Fund - 2nd /Final Installment Joint Ed. Doctoral Program." This transaction should be treated as non-expenditure fund transfer from the Lottery Fund.
