This check will be referenced as “Lottery Fund – CA Forum for Diversity in Graduate Education.” This transaction should be treated as non-expenditure fund transfer from the Lottery Fund. (See Attachment A). Please note that AdNoat # 06-207 on the check has been changed to AdNoat# 06-222.
