On 11/21/2006 the State Controller's Office processed a Transaction Request which was initiated by the Department of General Services (DGS). The purpose of the Request was to return to specific CSU campuses the "DGS prepayment" that had been deducted from their 2006 General Fund on July 14, 2006. The return is related to CSU's "Revenue Management Program" initiative.

Thirteen campuses were impacted, detailed below.

This transaction should be recorded as a debit to FIRMS object code 305022 and a credit to FIRMS object code 107005.
