We will be processing a check to your campus in the amount of $1,300,000. This check will be referenced as "MADDEN LIBRARY RENOVATION AND ADDITION PROJECT." This transaction should be treated as non-expenditure fund transfer from the Lottery Fund. (See Attachment A). Since the Chancellor's Office is trying to spend down their lottery balance at the State Controller's Office, we will be issuing checks from the Lottery Fund (CSU 341).
