In accordance with Financing and Treasury memorandum FT 05-03 dated Jan 26, 2006, the centrally paid housing costs for fiscal year 2005/06 will be charged quarterly via Plan of Financial Adjustment (PFA).

The State Controller's Office is processing the third quarter charges on PFA 059153. Campuses should record the journal entry listed on Attachment A and B.
