Please compare your local campus fund balance (FIRMS Object 305022) with those at the following website http://www.calstate.edu/FMS/reports/reports.shtml. You will find a report of systemwide account control balances by campus for selected funds, as of January 31, 2006. In the event that your balance does not agree with the balance shown on this AD NOAT, please contact the assigned staff person in the Systemwide Financial Operations Department (SFO) to reconcile the variance.

Note that the FIRMS fund balance clearing validation table for period 200603 has been populated with the January 31, 2006 ending balances so that the balances may be compared electronically using the FIRMS validation process.
