The interest earned from investments through the Surplus Money Investment Fund is being transferred to the campuses for the following:

We will be processing a check to your campus to supplement for the FY05/06 2nd/Final Installment for the implementation of the Joint Ed. Doctoral Program with University of California San Diego and California State University San Marcos. This check will be referenced as "Lottery Fund - 2nd /Final Installment Joint Ed. Doctoral Program." This transaction should be treated as non-expenditure fund transfer from the Lottery Fund. (See Attachment B)
