The attached spreadsheet from the California State University Risk Management Authority (CSURMA) identifies the fourth quarter deductible reimbursement amounts for your campus for fiscal year 2005/2006. The amounts listed will be charged to your campus and invoiced to you later this week.

Campuses should record the expenses as listed on the attached spreadsheet.
