The State Controller's Office has been requested to record the various systemwide charges/credits indicated for your respective campus on Plan of Financial Adjustment/Transaction Request listed above.

This charge represents your campus' CalPERS installment of the 2004 Early Retirement Program for Faculty.

Campuses are requested to record these charges as follows:

For those campuses that elected installment payments, be sure to accrue the remainder of your payments over the next three years 2006, 2007, 2008 for your GAAP reporting in FY 2004-2005.
