Please compare your local campus fund balance (FIRMS Object 305022) with those at the following website http://www.calstate.edu/FMS/reports/reports.shtml. You will find a report of systemwide account control balances by campus for selected funds, as of March 31, 2004. In the event that your balance does not agree with the balance shown on this AD NOAT, please contact the assigned staff person in the Systemwide Financial Operations Department (SFO) to reconcile the variance.

Please compare these balances with your campus' books and identify the differences. Call the responsible accountants at the CO, and make sure corrections/adjustments are made in April 2004 when we start the monthly FBC reports.
