The State Controller’s Office has been requested to record the various systemwide charges/credits indicated for your respective campus on Plan of Financial Adjustment, Transaction Request TR039227 dated April 26, 2004. The attachment will give you the details of the charges.

Whenever possible we will also provide you with your campus contact who should be able to provide you with the correct account/accounts to be charged or credited. These will be either opposite the charge and your campus or on an additional attachment by campus.
