The attached spreadsheet from the California State University Risk Management Authority (CSURMA) identifies the annual risk pool property premiums your campus will pay for fiscal year 2003/2004. The amounts listed will be charged to your campus via the above-mentioned plan of financial adjustment (PFA). Each campus should have already received their invoices, listed by invoice number on the spreadsheet. In addition, you should have received a letter from Drive Alliant Insurance Services explaining the property insurance adjustments and final costs.

The State Controller has been requested to record these charges with Plan of Financial Adjustment 039169 dated February 5, 2004.
