The State Controller's Office has been requested to record the various systemwide charges indicated for your respective campus on Plan of Financial Adjustment, Transaction Request TR039126 dated January 5, 2004. Please do not book this again if you already booked the original charges on TR039120. One campus was NSF so the charges for all campuses were reversed for TR039120 in December 2003. The attachment will give you the details of the original charges.
